Admittance Counts by Ethnicity:
- This report shows the record of students who applied to the LAS college at an undergraduate level, categorized by ethnicity.
- This report yields information on all applicants including those who were denied, accepted, and waitlisted.
- The number listed under "Applicants" is the total number of students that applied in that major. "Admits" yields the number of student that were accepted and invited to join the University, and "Accepts" is the actual number of students who decided to enroll.
- This report also allows you to filter ethnicity counts by those that applied as beginning freshmen, as well as transfers.
This Report may be used to see demographic and diversity requirements and trends.

- This report shows the record of students who applied to the LAS college at an undergraduate level, categorized by Residency, including those who are listed as Illinois Residents, International/Non-Citizen Residents, Non-Illinois Residents, and Undeclared Residents.
- This report yields information on all applicants including those who were denied, accepted, and waitlisted.
- The number listed under "Applicants" is the total number of students that applied in that major. "Admits" yields the number of student that were accepted and invited to join the University, and "Accepts" is the actual number of students who decided to enroll.
- This report also allows you to filter residency counts by those that applied as beginning freshmen, as well as transfers.
This report may be used for demographic and diversity requirements and trends.
Crosslist Enrollment Counts:
- This report is essentially a listing of all courses which may encompass more than one catalog identity.
- For example, students who enroll in section AD1 of Ling 104 will be crosslisted (enrolled in the same course) as those who enrolled in section AD1 of Anth 104. Since Anth 104 and Ling 104 are the same course, the report lists the primary course name, which is generally the name associated with the department that is paying for the course.
- Each line of the report displays a course section and its enrollment information. If a course is crosslisted, the report displays these numbers for each individual section, plus totals for crosslisted sections.
- The report shows both seatcounts and headcounts.
- The report does not include independent-study or conference-type courses.
- Numbers under "Enrollment" will specify how many students are enrolled under the specified catalog entry, whereas numbers under "Xlist Entrollment" will specify how many students total will be taking that course (regardless of which catalog name they are enrolled under).
- Overall Enrollment specifies the total number of students who will be graded for the particular course, varying with headcount depending on whether or not students are graded in both a lecture and a discussion section.
- This report is best viewed in Excel.
This report may be used to track seatcounts and headcounts. Because it is updated daily, it will also show how quickly courses are filling during registration.
Crosslist Enrollment GenEd Counts
- This report is essentially a listing of all General Education courses, matched with the specific GenEd requirement they meet.
- Each line of the report displays a course section and its enrollment information.If a course is crosslisted it will be listed here.
- A crosslisted course would be one that encompasses more than one catalog identity. For example, students who enroll in section AD1 of Ling 104 will be crosslisted (enrolled in the same course) as those who enrolled in section AD1 of Anth 104. The report lists the primary course name, which is generally the name, associated with the department that is paying for the course.
- The report displays numbers for each individual section, plus totals for crosslisted sections, showing both seatcounts and headcounts.
- Numbers under "Enrollment" will specify how many student are enrolled under the specified catalog entry, whereas numbers under "Xlist Entrollment" will specify how many students total will be taking that course at that time.

- The report lists undergraduate enrollment, graduate enrollment and total enrollment separately for each department.
- It also gives a sum number of all undergraduate, graduate and total students enrolled in the specified college.
This report may be used for numerical counts within the college of LAS and specific departments.
Headcounts by Department
- This report yields a listing of all students enrolled in the particular college that is being analyzed.
- Separate departments within the specified college are listed, as well as the number of students enrolled in each particular department.
- Undergraduate enrollment, graduate enrollment and total enrollment is listed separately for each department.
- It should be noted that students who are enrolled in more than one section for the course will only be counted once.
- The sum number of all undergraduate, graduate and total students enrolled is also featured.
This report may be used for numerical counts within the colleges and specific departments.
Headcounts by Department and Rubric
- This report yields a listing of all students enrolled in the specified college.
- The report lists the specified college by departments, also listing the course subject code associated with the classes in that department. For example, English is associated with courses labeled under ENGL, BTW, RHET, CW, whereas Asian American Studies is only associated with courses labeled under AAS .
- Undergraduate enrollment, graduate enrollment and total enrollment is listed separately for each department.
- It should be noted that students who are enrolled in more than one section for the course will only be counted once.
- The sum number of all undergraduate, graduate and total students enrolled is also featured.

Seatcounts by Department
- This report yields a listing of all possible seats open to students in the selected college, separated by departments.
- The report lists the number of undergraduate, graduate and total enrollment possible for each department.
- It should be noted that students who are enrolled in more than one section for the course will be counted multiple times.
This report may be used for numerical counts within specific colleges and specific departments.
Seatcounts by Department and Rubric
- This report yields a listing of all possible seats open to students in the specified college, separated by departments.
- The report lists the number of undergraduate, graduate and total enrollment possible for each department, also listing the course subject code associated with the classes in that department. For example, Accounting = ACCY.

- Numbers listed under class correlate with year in school, 1 being freshmen and 4 being senior. Graduate students are marked with GR.
This report may be used for contact information of students, as well as tracking general academic trends.
Major Roster by Department
- This report is a detailed listing of all students enrolled in the desired department, major or concentration.
- The lists will include full names of the students, their UIN numbers, net IDs, email addresses, class standing, student type, education goal, field of matched study, second majors and concentrations ,academic standing, total uiuc hours, total transfer hours, cumulative earned hours, cumulative g.p.a., address, and phone number.

Major Hours and GPAs By Department
- This report is a detailed listing of all students in the specified department, listed with the number of hours they have completed in their major, along with the g.p.a. calculated specifically for those major hours only.
- The lists will include full names of the students, their UIN numbers, net IDs, email addresses, class standing, student type, education goal, second majors and concentrations, and date that information was last updated for that student.
- This report is best viewed in excel format, as it has a great length of information per student.
- It should be noted that Hours/GPAs are taken from Analytab and may not be complete.
This report may be used to track how many hours each student has completed in their major, also listing their recently calculated major g.p.a.
Actuarial Science Prerequisites
- This report lists each Actuarial Science major student who, as of the specified term, has not completed all math prerequisites required for graduation, including: Math 210, Calc I and Calc II.
- The report lists which courses have been completed by the student, and which have not.
- Students information provided includes: first and last name, UIN number, class standing, first major code, and first major.
This report may be used to detect which Actuarial Science majors still lack math perquisites.
DGS or General Curriculum Students Missing Comp I Requirement
- This report lists each General curriculum student who has not passed a Comp I course sequence, or is not enrolled in a Comp I course.
- You are able to receive reports for each major individually.
This report may be used to detect which students still lack a Comp I requirement.
Student Directory by Department and Major
- This report lists all students within the specified college, major, department, along with their concentration specified.
- The report is best viewed in EXCEL, as it yields full names of the students within the department, their UIN numbers, email addresses, class, student type, department, major, major, concentrations, address, and phone number.
This report may be used for contact information, looking at general academic trends, as well as assisting with advising.
Students Approaching 4 Semesters
- This report includes all students who will have completed 4 or more semesters of full-time college work, including work at other universities.
- The report may be viewed one specific college, department or major at a time, but can also be viewed comprehensively.
- The report gives details on students name, UIN, net ID, email address, admit term, starting term, full-time terms completed, pending hours, Illinois earned hours, overall earned hours, Illinois GPA, overall GPA and address.
- Note: This report excludes students who are in the Transition/Bridge program.
This report may be used to calculate prospective graduates, look at student trends, and or contact various students.
DGS or General Curriculum Students Missing Comp I Requirements
- This report is a listing of all students within the specified college, department, or major, who have not passed a Comp I course sequence, and are not currently enrolled in a Composition I course.
- The report yields the student's name, UIN, first term, class code, class, net ID, and email address.
This report may be used for detecting graduation eligibility, and academic advising.
Athlete Roster
- This is a detailed list of student athletes who are enrolled in a college for the specified term.
- It is sorted by student name, UIN, athlete activity, activity status, education goal code, department code, major code, major, and minor code.
This report may be used to check an athlete's activity status, or academic trends among athletes.
Student Athlete Majors By Term
- This report gives a term by term history of student athletes and their majors. It is organized by sport and name of athlete.
This report may be used to view changes in an athlete's specified major.
Master Roster
- This report yields a full listing of all students who are enrolled in each college. The report is detailed with each students name, UIN, status, netID, email address, sex, ethnic code, class code, class, student type, first term, terms attempted, expected graduation term, educational goal code, department code, major code, major, degree code, graded Illinois hours, graded Illinois points, Illinois GPA, graded transfer hours, graded transfer points, cumulative earned hours, cumulative GPA, address type, full address, and phone number.
