Equipment Reservation

Instructors of LAS courses and events may use this form to reserve a kit of 10 flash-memory camcorders and tripods for their class participants to use.

Terms of Use

• Loan period: flexible (up to a few weeks), depending on other pre-existing reservations.
• Advance notice: Requests must be submitted 5 business days (M-F) in advance.
• Use is ONLY for students in LAS courses or events, not for individual use.
• We have two kits of 5 camcorders each (you can borrow one or both kits). Tripods are optional.
• The instructor's department may be held financially responsible for the condition and presence of all equipment upon return.
• The requestor must pick up the items at G8 Foreign Language Building during normal business hours or by special appointment
